What We Do

Each LP Exotics, VVG and Royalesque product has a QR code for the purchasing customer to scan. Once scanned, they are taken to the LP Exotics giveaway website, where the customer can enter the 4 digit verification code displayed below the QR code label, earn additional entries by connecting with our brands on social media, and finally submitting their contact information (first & last name, phone number, email address) to complete their entry.

By FTC law, we must provide all customers with an additional avenue to receive at least one entry without having to purchase any products. Details here:

For US Residents Only – Must be 21 years of age or older to enter. Winners will be chosen at random. Entrants may not submit an Entry on behalf of someone else. Employees of Vegas Valley Growers North LLC and its dispensary partners may not enter.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to persons who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of LP Exotics, VVG Lab, and Royalesque are not eligible to enter or win a prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest entry period begins at 8:00am on September 1, 2023 and ends at 11:59 pm on December 31, 2023 (the “Contest Period”). Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted in and timely received during the Contest Period.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, purchase any LP Exotics, VVGLab or Royalesque product from a Nevada cannabis dispensary and scan the QR code on the label to get entered. Limit One (1) Entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household during the Contest Period via Online Entry, regardless of whether a person has more than one address or more than one person uses the same address.

WINNER SELECTION: Winners will be determined by random drawing to be held on or about January 5th 2024. Winner will be selected from entries received during the Contest Period. The potential winner will be notified via email and or telephone to the email address/phone number submitted with the potential winner’s entry within one (1) week after the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by LP Exotics, the judge of the Contest, whose decisions on all matters relating to the Contest shall be final. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, LP Exotics may, in its sole discretion, award the applicable prize to an alternate winner selected at random.

Prizes/Odds of Winning Prize:  First place pays $20,000 USD. Second place pays $5000 USD. Third place pays $3000 USD. Overall odds of winning depend on number of entries received during the Contest Period. No prize substitution. No prize transfer.

CONDITIONS: LP Exotics reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest (or portion thereof).   LP Exotics also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual. All federal, state and local taxes on prize and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Should a dispute arise regarding the identity of the claimant, LP Exotics reserves the sole right to determine the eligible party. By entering, the entrant waives all rights to bring (and covenants not to bring) any claim against LP Exotics or any others associated with this Contest. Entrants further agree to release and hold harmless LP Exotics from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Contest, or LP Exotics’s use of any entry information. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the state of Nevada without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction.

PUBLICITY AND RELEASE.  As a condition of entry into the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to LP Exotics, all rights, titles, and interest in publicizing, broadcasting, displaying and/or otherwise using the Contest entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, or approval of the winner. If Winner does not respond to the notification or is not present when prize delivery is attempted, such prize will be forfeited. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects.
